The ideal candidate must be highly skilled and experienced, with a strong background in the medical Scheme industry with a passion for improving outcomes, through effective clinical escalation processes.

The candidate must be bilingual and have the ability to express themselves professionally in verbal and written communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all clinical escalations
• Data managing, quality assurance and reporting
• Application of Scheme Rules in terms of relevant health services
• Professional communication skills, written and verbal

The following qualifications are required:

Registered Nurse
Extensive knowledge of ICD10 Codes, CPT4 Coding
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Medical Scheme environment

Skills:

Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
MS Office proficiency
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
